Surprisingly enough, Monika meets Joachim at the club. She is not ready to forgive him – at least just not yet. Whereas Monika enjoys her new, secret escape from the ordinary life, her sister Eva, however, starts to feel hesitant about her future plans. Until recently she had seen herself as Frau Professor Fassbender, but the encounter with Rudi Hauer, the husband of a woman patient at the mental hospital and a promising football player from East Berlin, gives her reason to doubt. 2016 Arrow Films
